Information Technology Consulting for Community Based Projects

Al Duey - Has an extensive background in information technology, management and marketing. He has experience in managing a nationwide communications network, as well as designing network monitoring software. He has a degree in psychology.

Laura Duey - Has a degree in Economics and Computing Science from UCLA, and also spent many years in information processing, including experience with communications industry and project management.

Together, the Dueys produced IT Skills: A Survey of the Use of Information Technology in the Northeast Kingdom for the Northeast Kingdom Workforce Investment Board and NEK Connect: Internet and Broadband Usage In the Northeast Kingdom for VCRD. They currently serve as project managers for VCRD's Vermont Rural Broadband Project, which assists rural communities in their efforts to obtain affordable broadband services.
